PurpleRibbonKennels.com is dedicated to providing customers with the highest quality companion pets. However we are
quite aware of certain breed-related conditions that may exist, as well as the possibility of illness or disease occurring
within any pet. In the unlikely event that this should occur, PurpleRibbonKennels.com requires that you adhere to the
following guidelines in order to receive any compensation due you according to this agreement..
1. PurpleRibbonKennels.com will exercise the right to a second opinion in the event that your pet should require surgery or
vet care beyond the norm. PurpleRibbonKennels will not be liable for any vet bills before this right has been exercised,
except in the event of a life or death situation.
2. In order to receive compensation for reasonable veterinary fees, PurpleRibbonKennels requires that we be contacted
verbally (to a live person) so that an appointment can be arranged with a cooperating veterinary facility, so as not to incur
unreasonable veterinary fees.
3. Any veterinary letter/ estimate/ bill that is not presented to us within 5 days of the purchaser learning of the existence of a
problem will cause the purchaser to forfeit their right to any compensation.

GUARANTEE EXCLUDES:
Certain issues are common in the Bulldog and/or young puppies. Among these issues are the following Coccidia and or
Giardia which is often common in puppies and usually caused by bacteria. Coccidia lives dormant in puppies and often
becomes problematic during stress from change of environment, eating feces or sibling separation etc… Internal or
External Parasites, Injury, Allergies, Cherry Eye, Entropian, Enlongated Soft Pallet, Stenotic or Collapsed Nostrils, Skin
Allergies, Hypoplastic Tracheas, Respiratory Infections, Demodex, Hypoglycemia, Patella Subluxation, Tail Removal,
events leading to exhaustion, Heat Prostration, Stress Related, Abuse or any other preventable conditions are not covered
under this contract. Respiratory issues will not be covered following a Bordetella Vaccination. Buyer is aware that a Bulldog
is the number one medically challenged dog that exists. Based on their physiological makeup they are ALL poorly bred. Be
aware that owning a Bulldog Puppy means trips to the Veterinarian and understands that you the owner will be responsible
for all payments.
FIRST 7 DAYS OF PURCHASE: In the unlikely event your puppy becomes ill we want to ensure that, it receives the proper
treatment from a Bulldog Qualified Vet without delay. By signing this document, buyer agrees to contact seller within 12
hours of noticing any illness. Seller is not a licensed vet, but is very experienced in Bulldog health issues and is more than
willing to point you in the right direction in choosing the best Vet for the job so as to get the correct diagnosis & treatment
without you incurring unnecessary Vet expenses. Buyer’s initials ________
NO REFUND POLICY: Money shall not be refunded or disbursed for any reason, including but not limited to, deposits,
purchase price or payments, feed, care shipping, veterinarian charges, training, handling, advertising and legal costs. In a
case where puppy has a genetic problem that falls under seller’s warranty, refunds will be given at seller’s discretion in
accordance with this health guarantee. In certain cases seller will purchase dog back from buyer at a negotiated price.

BUYERS RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Provide the puppy with routine preventive care, such as annual physical examinations by a licensed Veterinarian.
2. Follow our guidelines for Vaccinations and Worming. (Choose your Vet carefully)
3. PurpleRibbonKennels strongly recommends that purchasers of Pitbull and English Bulldogs use Ivermectin Inject. Every
30 days. (This inexpensive monthly injection will alleviate many skin problems that are commonly associated with the

4. We recommend that you spay or neuter your pet. All dogs sold by PurpleRibbonKennels are sold as companion pets.
Seller does not guarantee leg length, head size, jaw shape or any other cosmetic trait. The dog’s temperament and
disposition is not guaranteed. To a great extent a dog’s disposition is influenced by the handler/owners. There are no
guarantees, expressed or otherwise implied, as to the breeding soundness of this dog. Seller cannot guarantee that in a
male puppy that testicles will drop nor can they guarantee the fertility of a female. We are not selling you this dog to breed
and highly encourage spay and neutering. Buyer assumes all responsibility for health, anatomical make-up, appearance
and temperament of dog/puppy. Seller does not breed or sell dogs based on parentage and registry as many breeders do.
Our goal is to provide dogs based on Health, Temperment then looks. We price our puppies based on quality, structure,
color as well as our experience that is available to you for the life of your dog. Therefore whether a puppy is registered thru
UKC or CKC or has NO registration papers at all, has ZERO to do with its price. Our goal is to provide you with a happy

IF YOU MUST GIVE UP YOUR DOG:
We understand that times are unpredictable, and unforeseen changes occur. If there ever comes a time that you can no
longer keep this dog and your only option is an animal shelter, we will gladly take any dog back that is in good health. We
want to make sure that none of our dogs/puppies end up in an animal shelter or unwanted home.
Seller accepts no liability or responsibility for any cause or reason whatsoever beyond those specifically covered in this
limited guarantee or warranty. Above warranty will be null and void if it is determined that any problems were caused by
abuse, neglect or injury.
This contract dated supersedes any previous contracts (verbal or written) between the parties and shall be binding on
their heirs, agents, executors and assigns.

If the pet dealer has represented your dog as registerable with a pedigree organization, the pet dealer shall provide you
with the necessary papers to process the registration within 120 days following the date you received the dog. If the pet
dealer fails to deliver the papers within the prescribed timeframe, you are entitled to return the dog for a full refund of the
purchase price, including sales tax, or a refund of 75 percent of the purchase price, including sales tax if you choose to
keep the dog.

IF YOUR PUPPY BECOMES ILL
Bulldogs are the number one problematic breed when it comes to Health and Veterinary expenses. Bulldogs in general are
a man-made breed that often requires higher maintenance than the average. We have decades of experience and are
here to consult you for the life of your dog. However it is important that you understand that Bulldogs do not play by the
same rules as 99% of all other dogs regarding healthcare. What is a major defect for the other dogs is often the norm for
Bulldogs. Bulldogs require a Veterinarian that is EXRTREMELY familiar with them. I have found that MOST Vets will tell you
that they see quite a number of Bulldogs and are familiar with them. (I assure you that this is NOT the case.) I have carefully
hand selected the Vets below and feel confident with their competence level as it applies to Bulldogs. These are not Vets
that my friend referred me to or that I HEARD were good. These are Vets that I have had years of experience
with, dealing with every possible issue imaginable from a simple cold to Parvo and complete amputations.

The biggest issue that plagues baby Bulldogs is upper respiratory infections (Common Cold). The symptoms are a green
snotty nose and or coughing. Regardless of what you read or hear a Bulldog can catch a cold in a matter of a day or two.
It is very important to keep him out of drafty areas etc and use common sense. Respiratory Infections are not uncommon
and often turns to pneumonia if untreated. An upper respiratory infection (Common Cold) does not render a dog unfit for
purchase. He/ She will get over it. Know that Respiratory Infections is often a normal issue for Baby Bulldogs and if you are
unwilling or unable to spend the money necessary to keep your Bully Healthy then you should rethink your purchase.
First you must contact seller within 24 hours of noticing the onset of any illness. The earlier the better.

PurpleRibbonKennels will NOT pay your vet bill if you take the puppy into the vet of your choice. We have Certified Vets that
are available to you. Your dog is under warranty according to your contract. Vet services that PurpleRibbonKennels is going
to be responsible for must be authorized by us in writing before appointment is made. These vets will not rip you off and the
prognosis will be accurate. Our goal is to supply you with a happy healthy pup.
